It is estimated that the annual sales income will reach 2 billion yuan. The second phase of industrial planning will start the preliminary project in 2019. The second phase includes personalized custom-made distribution centers (including custom packaging for e-commerce customers, custom-made hatching textiles, plastics, leather, etc.), digital ink, three-product services, and science and technology park projects.
The annual output of 100 sets of automotive industrial robot integrated intelligent production line project is invested by Zhejiang Changer Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. The planned total investment is 115.54 million yuan, of which fixed assets investment is 107 million yuan. After the production is completed, it is estimated that the annual sales income will be 400 million yuan, the total profit will be 75.32 million yuan, and the tax revenue will be 20 million yuan.
The annual output of 500,000 units of intelligent environmental protection central heating system is invested by Zhejiang Qiantong HVAC Technology Co., Ltd. The total investment of the project is 270 million yuan, including fixed assets investment of 246 million yuan and initial working capital of 24 million yuan. After the production is completed, it is estimated that the annual sales income will be 600 million yuan, the total profit will be 67.5 million yuan, and the national tax will be paid 76.5 million yuan.
